- Irvine Health medical insurance United States, California, Orange May 12, 2026 Who We Are UCI Health is the clinical enterprise of the University of California, Irvine, and the only academic health system based in Orange County.
Team Position Summary:
The incumbent is directly responsible for all technical, administrative and supervisory functions in a major division of the lab; a highly specialized and technically complex laboratory unit or function; or a division with multiple shift operations. Position may have CLS Supervisor(s) reporting to it. Performs bench testing as needed. What It Takes to beSuccessful Required Qualifications:
Three or more years applicable experience Prior experience in supervision Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Must be willing to work variable shifts and overtime as required Must be willing to testify in court regarding testing activities if subpoenaed Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Current CA CLS License Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across theHealth System Preferred Qualifications:
