•Job Summary and Responsibilities•As a Lab Supervisor, you will be a pivotal leader, directly contributing to the development of annual departmental goals, objectives, and budget, while actively facilitating their achievement and ensuring ongoing evaluation of results for continuous improvement. You possess exceptional communication skills, excelling in both individual coaching and group presentations. Furthermore, your ability to conduct challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy is crucial, as you are directly responsible for cultivating high performance within your team and ensuring the overall success of the laboratory. •Job Requirements•+ Bachelor's Degree in biological or chemical sciences, as defined by CLIA. + Minimum of five years at a moderate or high complexity laboratory. +
