What You will
Do:
Manage and supervise the lab environment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision. Lab Warehouse organising, retrieval and management i.e. Maintaining lab inventory and ensuring right material is available at the right time Managing the flow of materials in and out of the lab, for example procurement tracking, invoice handling etc.. Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory activities and results. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
What You Will Bring:
Familiarity with laboratory techniques and instruments. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management Able to deal with shipment and other logistics Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision. Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.
Pay Range:
$70000-$90000 per annum Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
