We're seeking a dynamic Director of Laboratory Services to drive excellence, innovation, and quality in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Why This Role Matters As Director, you'll oversee all laboratory operations—ensuring accurate, timely diagnostic testing that directly impacts patient outcomes. Your leadership will foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, plan, and direct all laboratory operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and complianceEnsure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practicesOversee chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic testing servicesDrive performance improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiativesManage department budgets, resources, and fiscal performanceBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing laboratory teamCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to enhance patient careMaintain 24/7 operational readiness and service excellenceChampion innovation and implement process improvements What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist program (MT/ASCP or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical TechnologistProven leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of laboratory operations, compliance, and quality standardsExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsMust complete Introduction to Incident Command Systems (IS-100) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) an Introduction (IS-700) within the first 30 days of employment.
