Job Description
Overview:
The Supervisor, Cardiovascular & Invasive Services is responsible for the day-to-day operations, coordination, and supervision of clinical and technical staff within invasive procedural areas, including but not limited to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, and Interventional Radiology (IR). This role supports safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care by ensuring appropriate staffing, workflow coordination, regulatory compliance, and adherence to organizational policies and clinical standards. The Supervisor serves as a frontline leader, partnering closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and ancillary departments to optimize throughput, patient experience, and clinical outcomes.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree required; Cardiovascular Technology Program OR Radiologic Technologist program Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in invasive cardiovascular, interventional radiology, or procedural services Prior leadership or charge/lead experience preferred Licensure/Certification Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Basic Life Support (BLS) required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) requiredSimilar jobs in Jacksonville, FL
