Interacts with other areas of the lab and facility to ensure efficient and effective functioning. Education High School Diploma or GED Experience One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Phlebotomist Qualifications
• Minimum of National Phlebotomy Certification, Certified Medical Assistant, MLT or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
• Must be able to provide leadership in a team environment.
• Must demonstrate computer proficiency.
• One year experience in a clinical laboratory/reference lab/physician office lab setting required.
• Phlebotomy skills proficiency required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
