As an FLP Supervisor, you'll lead and supervise groups of students across a range of activities: snack time, outdoor play, games, crafts, homework, and more.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in activities across different areas: outdoors, classroom, cafeteria, art, sports, and homework Supervise and engage children throughout all scheduled activities Ensure a safe, positive, and clean environment Communicate and report consistently with FLP admin Be proactive, reliable, and ready to play
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working with children Flexible, energetic, and willing to lead in multiple activity settings Strong communication and teamwork skills Strong customer service skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor Must be comfortable independently supervising a group of up to 20 children
Other Requirements:
Ability to move in and around the classroom and building to interact with students, faculty, staff, parents, and other members of the community Ability to facilitate programs inside and outside, even in winter months Ability to escort children in, out and around buildings during program as well as arrival and dismissal (where required), and in an emergency situation. This may include climbing stairs of up to 2 stories, where appropriate with younger children Comfort working with mobile technology is strongly preferred
Work Hours:
We have a few shift options available. Please consider what works for your schedule. Early Day (M-F): 7am to 9am Late Day (M, T, Th, F): 1:30pm/2:30pm to 5:30pm, (W): 12:30pm/1:30pm to 5:30pm ESH Classroom coverage into Late Day (M, T, Th, F) 12:00pm to 5:30pm Early Day (M-F): 7am to 9am Late Day (M-F): 2:30pm to 5:30pm
Compensation:
Hourly pay, commensurate with experience
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
