Jun 11, 2026 Category Administration Department Administration Schedule Full-Time Shift Days Job Description The Director of Ancillary Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance management for designated ancillary departments. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational efficiency across assigned service lines. The Director collaborates closely with executive leadership to translate organizational strategy into actionable plans that support growth, enhance patient experience, and improve quality outcomes across ancillary services. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Leadership, or related field preferred Experience Minimum of five (5)+ years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting Experience overseeing ancillary services (e.g., Radiology, Respiratory, Lab, Rehab) strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in operations, budgeting, and team leadership Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities Financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards Proven ability to drive operational improvements and performance initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and lead change effectively
