• This individual is responsible for directing, planning, controlling and managing clinical and administrative functions for a small-size single site laboratory or a multi-site scope where assigned.

Responsibilities include personnel, budgeting, relationships with medical staff and with other hospital departments, supporting hospital functions from the laboratory perspective and representing within the hospital environment. He|she will have demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills as well as high levels of competence in clinical and management practices. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our healthcare systems while performing all job functions. Requirements

• College graduate (BS degree preferred)
• ASCP cert preffered
