Salary:
$65,000-75,000/year
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Full Time; Direct Hire Job duties include: Supervise daily lab operations and manage technicians. Schedule and oversee testing of plating baths and solutions. Track precious metal usage. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment. Keep accurate records and manage lab data. Monitor inventory of lab supplies and chemicals. Enforce lab safety and proper handling of hazardous materials. Analyze data for trends and process improvements. Use Excel and other tools for data interpretation and SPC support. Drive continuous improvement and participate in cross-functional projects. Assist with audits (internal, customer, Nadcap). Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and management teams to meet plant goals.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field 2-3 years of experience wet chemistry, titrations and analytical testing within an electroplating or metal finishing industry. Knowledge of plating-related testing methods such as Hull Cell testing, XRF analysis, and cross-sectional analysis. Experience with ICP-OES is a plus. Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Interested?
