Clinical Manager, Cath Lab

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager to lead operations within the Cath Lab at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, MA. In collaboration with the Patient Care Director, this leadership role is responsible for the management, oversight, and continuous improvement of the assigned department while supporting safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction of nursing staff while promoting teamwork in a multidisciplinary care environment
• Evaluate, monitor, and report on the delivery of patient care using quality metrics
• Design, implement, and evaluate innovative systems that support efficient delivery of patient care
• Develop and adhere to approved budget in collaboration with the Patient Care Director
• Assess staff competence and educational needs, including performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as an expert in the area of specific unit competencies and maintain clinical competencies for assigned clinical areas
• Interface with patients and families to ensure that care is consistent with their expectations
• Serve as a professional role model and mentor to staff by responding positively to change while supporting colleagues through the change process
• Oversee personnel actions, including hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and other related activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, or active matriculation in a BSN program; Master's degree preferred
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island or a Nurse Licensure Compact state and Safety Care Level 1 certification (initial and annual re-certification as applicable) required
• 3+ years of relevant nursing care and leadership experience required
• Demonstrated leadership ability, strong clinical judgment, and experience managing patient care across the lifespan with sensitivity to cultural and developmental needs Working at Brown University Health As of October 15, 2024, Lifespan is now Brown University Health.

$105,705.00 - $211,369.00 per year
