This position plays a critical role in the success of our implant center by managing digital case workflows, communicating with outside laboratories, producing high-quality prosthetics, and ensuring every case moves efficiently from treatment planning to final delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, organization, quality control, and helping create life-changing smile transformations. Responsibilities Digital Dentistry & Laboratory Operations Manage daily operations of the in-house dental laboratory Print and mill prosthetics utilizing digital workflows Design restorations using CAD/CAM software (if experienced) Process and maintain digital case files Manage digital scans and treatment records Oversee quality control for prosthetics and restorations Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies Implant & All-on-X Workflow Management Coordinate All-on-X and implant restorative cases Assist in treatment planning workflow preparation Ensure cases remain on schedule and meet deadlines Organize surgical and restorative case timelines Track incoming and outgoing cases Verify prosthetic accuracy and readiness Laboratory Communication Serve as primary point of contact for external laboratories Manage case submissions and prescriptions Track case status and delivery timelines Troubleshoot laboratory issues and remake requests Maintain strong vendor and laboratory relationships Leadership & Organization Develop and maintain lab workflow systems Monitor quality assurance processes Create and maintain case tracking systems Train team members on digital workflows and lab procedures Assist with implementation of new technologies and processes Qualifications Required 2+ years of dental laboratory, dental assisting, prosthetic, or digital dentistry experience All-on-X experience Implant dentistry experience Strong organizational and project management skills Experience with digital dentistry workflows Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously High attention to detail Preferred Experience with 3D printing and milling technology CAD/CAM design experience Experience with TRIOS or other intraoral scanning systems Dental laboratory technician experience Experience managing complex restorative cases

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
