Job Description

U. S. Steel's Minnesota Ore Operations includes two iron ore mines in
Northern Minnesota:
Minntac in Mt. Iron and Keetac in Keewatin, Minnesota. We are seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Quality Assurance Manager - Laboratory and Ore Movement . This position will report directly to the Director of Customer Quality, Pellet Movement & Technology and will manage the quality assurance laboratories and ore movement at our taconite processing facilities at Minntac and Keetac. In this role, the successful candidate will apply problem solving techniques to maintain accurate results, promote improvements, and assure a safe, stable, on-target operation.
