Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Sterile Processing Manager for an exciting Travel or Local job in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily Sterile Processing Department operations Provide leadership and supervision to departmental staff and team leads Support staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and competency validation initiatives Ensure compliance with infection control, aseptic technique, and sterilization standards Assist with orientation, continuing education, and staff development programs Collaborate with OR and hospital departments to improve workflow efficiency and coordination Maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor departmental resources, equipment, and operational needs Promote excellent customer service for physicians, staff, and patients Participate in hospital and community engagement activities as needed Qualifications Two-Year Surgical Technology Course

Certification required Minimum 3 years of Sterile Processing experience Minimum 2 years of leadership experience required Strong supervisory, communication, and technical skills Knowledge of OR instrumentation, sterilization processes, aseptic technique, and infection control Ability to work under pressure and maintain strong attention to detail Basic computer proficiency required Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous Surgery Center management experience considered Strong operational leadership and process improvement experience preferred or more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
