Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an motivated Imaging Supervisor to join our outpatient imaging team. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Imaging Manager to oversee daily operations across our CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine departments, ensuring exceptional patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day imaging operations across all modalities, including CT, Echocardiogram, and Nuclear Medicine Supervise, mentor, and support imaging technologists and support staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards Monitor staffing, scheduling, and workflow to optimize patient throughput and efficiency Assist with quality assurance, performance improvement initiatives, and departmental audits Collaborate with cardiologists, referring phyiscans and clinical staff to maintain high standards of care Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Assist in budget management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance coordination Qualifications Active certification/registration with ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or equivalent imaging credential required Minimum 3-5 years of clinical imaging experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred Knowledge of imaging operations, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with RIS/PACS and electronic health record systems Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment and adapt to changing priorities Education Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field a plus What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A collaborative, patient-centered work environment
