Full-Time, Direct Hire Shift:
Nights (Monday-Friday, 11:30 PM•7:30 AM) with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily laboratory activities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Monitor and maintain quality standards for laboratory testing. Assist with staff supervision, workflow management, and operational efficiency. Support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives. Serve as acting Section Supervisor when required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Technology or a related scientific field required. Minimum of four (4) years of relevant hospital laboratory experience required. ASCP or NCA Certification preferred. Current New York State Laboratory License or licensure eligibility required.
Requirements:
