What You'll Lead Clinical and operational oversight of Cath Lab, Diagnostics, and Rehab 24/7 staffing and on-call structure for emergency services Hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing cardiac team Quality, safety, accreditation, and evidence-based practice compliance Budget, equipment, and supply chain strategy Program growth and service line development This is a role for someone who understands that cardiac leadership is both clinical precision and operational discipline. BLS & ACLS

certified Strong clinical foundation (3-5+ years relevant experience) Leadership experience in cath lab, cardiology, or diagnostic services Comfortable in interventional or vascular environments But more than credentials — this role is for someone who: Leads calmly in high-acuity moments Builds physician partnerships, not silos Knows staffing is strategy Believes culture drives outcomes Wants to grow something meaningful
