Milford, PA (Onsite) Position Overview The Molecular Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the molecular diagnostics laboratory, with a focus on -Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows. This role ensures high-quality testing, staff oversight, and compliance with all regulatory requirements while supporting the Laboratory Director in maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily laboratory operations, ensuring timely and accurate test results Oversee NGS workflows, including sample processing, library prep, sequencing, and data handoff Ensure compliance with

CLIA, CAP, NYS

DOH, and other regulatory standards Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff; conduct competency assessments Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes and address deviations Assist with validation and implementation of new assays and technologies Maintain and review laboratory documentation, SOPs, and records Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution Support inspection readiness and participate in audits Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Medical Technology, or related field NYS license in Molecular Pathology (required) Minimum 3-5 years of molecular laboratory experience, including NGS Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of molecular techniques (PCR, q
