is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Staffing Program Manager to oversee recruitment, credentialing, deployment, workforce management, compliance oversight, and operational coordination for Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) personnel supporting laboratory field and regulatory operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical laboratory operations experience, healthcare workforce management expertise, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage technical personnel in highly regulated environments. This role is critical to ensuring workforce continuity, compliance readiness, staffing quality, and operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and oversee Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) staffing operations and workforce coordination Support recruitment, screening, onboarding, and deployment of licensed CLS personnel Verify and maintain California CLS license compliance and credential tracking Coordinate staffing schedules, workforce assignments, and operational continuity Assist with candidate technical evaluations and workforce selection processes Maintain staffing records, compliance documentation, and workforce reports Ensure workforce compliance with applicable CLIA, HIPAA, public health, and healthcare regulatory requirements Support quality assurance and operational compliance initiatives Coordinate with executive leadership regarding staffing performance, workforce planning, and operational needs Develop rapid replacement and staffing continuity plans Assist with employee relations, onboarding, orientation, and technical workforce support Collaborate with healthcare professionals, laboratory personnel, and public-sector stakeholders Support implementation of Sybest LLC's "Gold Standard Workforce Management Process"

Minimum Mandatory RequirementsCandidates MUST Meet ALL Requirements Below:

1. Experience Requirement Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following: Clinical laboratory operations Laboratory workforce management Healthcare staffing coordination Public health laboratory administration Laboratory compliance oversight Clinical laboratory supervision or laboratory management 2.

Laboratory Knowledge Strong understanding of:

Clinical laboratory operations Laboratory staffing requirements Laboratory quality systems CLIA regulations Healthcare compliance environments 3. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge Experience with: Healthcare regulatory compliance Workforce credential verification Personnel compliance tracking Quality assurance processes Public health or healthcare operational environments 4. Communication & Leadership Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage technical personnel and workforce operations Strong organizational and leadership abilities Ability to work independently in fast-paced regulated environments Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are highly preferred: Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License Laboratory supervisor or laboratory director experience Public health laboratory experience Experience supporting California healthcare or public-sector projects Experience with laboratory inspections or accreditation processes Experience recruiting or managing licensed laboratory personnel Experience with CAP, CLIA, or public health laboratory standards Government contracting or public-sector workforce management experience Physical / Operational Requirements Ability to coordinate statewide staffing operations if required Ability to work in hybrid or remote operational environments Ability to support emergency staffing or operational continuity situations if needed Required Documents for Application Applicants must submit: Updated Resume Professional References Copy of CLS License (if applicable) Relevant Certifications (if applicable) Why Join
