Labcorp is seeking a remote Executive Director, Business Development CLS to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, EST Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed annual sales goals for the assigned teamManage, coach, mentor, and guide Business Development DirectorsHire and develop diverse talent across the teamAssign accounts and territories and forecast contribution to global sales goalsDeliver team sales performance against established targetsConduct quarterly reviews of team account plansPartner with sales leaders across business units to develop client relationships and joint opportunitiesManage team performance and provide feedback and development planningMonitor and control team operating expensesFacilitate internal collaboration with operational partnersIdentify and execute process improvement opportunitiesUtilize SFDC to manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales metricsGather and communicate market intelligence and competitive insightsMinimum Qualifications10 years' experience selling services to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations with executive-level client interactionPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree4 years sales leadership experience
Additional Job Standards:
Travel may be required to support client engagement, team oversight, and internal collaboration, including overnight travel and participation in meetings across time zonesStrong leadership and team management capabilityAbility to coach and develop talentAbility to influence and build relationships in a matrix organizationStrong communication, presentation and collaboration skillsAbility to motivate and inspire teams across global environmentsThis role is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Directors focused on Central Lab Services and driving sales performance. The position plays a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to Labcorp's financial performance. The role operates across a matrixed organization and partners closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams

Pay Range:
$ 175,000.00 - $250,000.00 All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, andTemporaryemployees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
