Job Description

- Run weekly team meetings, track minutes and deliverables, ensure milestones and action items are being completed
- Supervise research associates/assistants in collaboration with the PI and oversee onboarding for students/new hires
- Manage Teen Research Advisors program (e.g., maintain and expand, look for opportunities for ongoing funding/support)
- Set up and manage REDCap projects in collaboration with other research team members; collaborate with data analyst/research assistant to ensure data QA and QC
- Interface with IRB under the direction of the PI (protocol development, modification, continuing review, etc)
- Coordinate clinical research studies (work with CTSU or other research coordinators to conduct study days in timely manner, meet recruitment milestones, etc) and manage sample storage
- Support grant proposals and manuscript preparation under the direction of the PI (e.g., data analysis, writing, figure/table preparation)
- Pursue continuing professional education and development, as relevant
- Complete specialized training in population of interest, as relevant Qualifications Ph.
