In this role, you'll guide the operations of our advanced testing laboratory, where breakers and modules are validated to ensure they meet the highest technical and safety standards. You'll shape the processes, systems, and team that support product development for mission‑critical technologies used across global energy infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and product teams, driving operational excellence and enabling accurate, timely, and compliant testing. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Lead daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow management. Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and methodologies aligned with industry standards. Oversee calibration, use, and maintenance of high‑current, high‑voltage, and environmental test equipment. Mentor and supervise test engineers and technicians to support growth and development. Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare detailed test reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and support design improvements. Maintain a safe working environment aligned with all applicable safety practices. Manage the lab budget, equipment procurement, and maintenance schedules. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field; master's preferred. 7+ years of experience in a testing lab environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, breakers, protective devices, and testing standards. Proficiency with test equipment and data systems such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, LabVIEW, and MATLAB. Demonstrated ability to develop testing methodologies and quality processes. Experience withISO 9001, ISO
