Job Summary and Qualifications The Manager Lab , under the supervision of the Laboratory Director, assists the Laboratory Director in the responsibilities for the day-to-day operations and overall responsibility of the department. Shared responsibility with the Director for clinical functions, staff development and lab policies/procedures. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned sections of the lab/labs. This is to include maintaining all required standards as mandated by all applicable accrediting agencies such as CAP, CLIA, DHEC, JCAHO, etc.

What qualifications you will need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Registered as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist through the American Society of Clinical Pathology required B .

Education:

Bachelors of Science Degree required. C.

Experience:
