Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our research and clinical laboratories. This pivotal role involves managing laboratory procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting scientific teams in their research activities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative research initiatives within a dynamic environment dedicated to scientific excellence and regulatory compliance. Requirements Some sort of medical or office related job experience for at least 1 year Strong customer service skills Great attitude Strong attention to detail Duties Customer Service Answering phones, documenting vials/ medicine. Oversee laboratory documentation processes, including data collection, record keeping, and report generation to ensure accuracy and traceability. Facilitate audits and inspections by regulatory agencies; prepare necessary documentation for compliance verification. Support research & development activities by assisting with experimental design, methodology development, and troubleshooting laboratory procedures. Lead efforts in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing laboratory efficiency and quality assurance. Data entry Skills Analysis skills for interpreting complex data sets accurately. Demonstrated supervisory experience in a research or clinical laboratory setting. Strong communication skills for training staff, preparing reports, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Experience with data collection methods pertinent to research & development projects.
