The role. The EP Lab Manager reports up through nursing leadership and holds direct supervisory responsibility over nursing and support personnel across the electrophysiology labs. Day-to-day, this leader coordinates patient flow and clinical operations across the EP labs in collaboration with other department disciplines to drive quality patient outcomes. Core accountabilities include conducting personnel performance appraisals and establishing individual employee goals, overseeing daily accuracy and completeness of patient records and charges, and ensuring ongoing compliance with nursing standards of care. The manager also leads staff communication through in-services and department meetings and carries active responsibility for budget oversight and inventory control. What we're looking for.
