Our Center for Technology, Essex is seeking a Natural Resources Mechanical Lab Supervisor to support students in a hands-on Career & Technical Education program. This role is ideal for someone with experience in welding, equipment repair, or mechanical trades who enjoys mentoring and working with young people. You'll work alongside a Program Instructor to help students build real-world skills while supporting projects, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe, well-run lab environment. Why This Role? What You'll Do:
Support students in developing mechanical and technical skills Assist with projects involving welding, fabrication, and equipment repair Help maintain tools, equipment, and lab/shop space Ensure safe practices and proper use of equipment Provide supervision and support during classroom and field-based activities

Pay:
