The branch managers key position is to oversee the operations and management of the branch. Your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving business targets. Key skills and qualifications for this role include: Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of calibration processes and standards Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and certifications Business acumen and strategic thinking Problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and quality orientation Proficiency in using calibration software and tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Operations Management:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the calibration lab, including scheduling and coordinating the calibration activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Team Leadership:
You will lead a team of calibration technicians and other staff members. Your role includes providing guidance, training, and support to the team, as well as monitoring their performance and fostering a positive work environment.
Pay:
$100,000.00
