Division Director of Medication Assisted Treatment Services Reports To:

Exempt Summary:
Responsible for oversight and development of standard operations in all Westbrook Medication Assisted Treatment sites. Develops policies, procedures and guidelines. Provides orientation and education of staff as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Develops strategy for long range plan to support rapid growth within the division. Provides leadership necessary to facilitate growth and improvement within Medication Assisted Treatment Services (MAT). Works collaboratively with physicians and mid-level practitioners to assist in meeting productivity standards through oversight of scheduling and efficiency of practice. Monitors and update policies, procedures, and operational guidelines of MAT programs to ensure compliance. Coordinates efforts to develop standard operations between all Westbrook MAT Services sites. Oversees the functioning of all state and federal MAT grants. Completes all grant reporting requirements for the state and federal MAT grants as needed. Educates agency programs and community resources about MAT programs. Communicates regularly with Medical Director and Program Directors to stay informed of concerns, questions, needs and achievements, and facilitates communication between MAT programs and all other areas of the agency. Is responsible for onboarding of clinical staff in conjunction with Human Resources, by scheduling appropriate trainings, shadowing and meetings. Facilitates communication between senior leadership and front-line staff by attending leadership meetings and serving as a conduit for important information both to and from MAT Services. Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. Maintains confidentiality of information and complies with HIPAA regulations. Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.Qualification Requirements:
Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately. Flexible and adaptable Adept at Change Management Must have strong decision-making skills. Must work well in a team environment. Must work with staff, clients, and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful, and effective manner; and Must be able to work with a diverse group of people. Education and/orExperience:
Bachelor's Degree in health services administration, business management or related field, Master's Degree preferred. Prior computer/PC experience using computerized Medical Records. Must have previous supervisory/management experience. Must pass Criminal Investigation Background and DHHR background checks as well as post offer drug screen.Physical Requirements :

Mobility and ability to sit for long periods of time use a standard computer keyboard, bend, reach and lift up to 10 pounds are required in this position.Qualification Requirements:
