Medical Technologist, Hematology Second Shift

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the laboratory setting, performing various tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This position requires a strong background in medical technology, as well as proficiency in laboratory procedures and protocols. The Medical Technologist will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results. Responsibilities Conduct a variety of laboratory tests, including CBCs, Urinalysis and Coagulation testing. Manage data effectively, maintaining accurate records of test results and laboratory procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the laboratory environment. Participate in quality control measures to uphold the integrity of laboratory operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field from an accredited institution. Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent) is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
