Join our Laboratory Services team and help deliver the accurate, timely test results that physicians rely on to diagnose and monitor disease. We're looking for a detail-oriented Medical Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment, values precision, and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples using standardized procedures and automated laboratory instruments. Prepare, collect, and analyze bodily fluids and other specimens for abnormalities, including blood samples used in transfusion-related testing. Review results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical values, then report and document findings according to organizational standards. Operate laboratory equipment safely and effectively while supporting routine maintenance and quality assurance activities. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, continuing education, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned. What You Bring Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science; preferred Certification:
Medical Technologist licensure through ASCP or AMT; preferred Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accurate, reliable results Ability to work safely with bloodborne pathogens, biological materials, hazardous medications, latex, and chemical hazards Comfort with frequent sitting, computer work, equipment handling, and occasional standing, walking, and light lifting Understanding of confidentiality requirements when handling demographic, clinical, insurance, financial, and medical record information Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
