Laboratory MT/MLT - 12-Hour Night Shift in Eureka Springs, AR Looking for a rewarding opportunity in laboratory medicine? Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursable expenses when applicable Robust referral bonus program Dedicated 24/7 support team committed to your success What You'll Do Perform high-quality blood bank testing, including type, RH, antibody screening, and compatibility testing Conduct chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation testing, troubleshooting analyzers as needed Maintain strict adherence to universal precautions Follow all policies and procedures for laboratory safety and quality assurance Complete testing accurately and efficiently within specified timeframes Communicate effectively with lab team, physicians, and other hospital staff Ensure proper daily QC and maintenance of laboratory equipment Demonstrate professional conduct and dependability in a team environment What You Need Valid
MT/MLT/MLS
license or certification Prior blood bank experience preferred Venipuncture skills and proficiency with chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis analyzers Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a reputable healthcare facility in Eureka Springs for immediate start on a 4-week night shift assignment. This position involves performing a variety of laboratory tests in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Blood bank experience is a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
