Critical Access Hospital Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing across core disciplines (e.g., chemistry, hematology, microbiology) in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Collect, process, and analyze specimens; ensure proper labeling, handling, and specimen integrity to support accurate results. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instrumentation; execute quality control procedures and resolve instrument issues promptly. Document results accurately in the laboratory information system; review data for accuracy and communicate critical findings to the medical team as appropriate. Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines; participate in proficiency testing and performance improvement activities. Collaborate with clinicians and colleagues to ensure timely, reliable laboratory support that informs patient care decisions.
