  • Position Overview
  • : We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves working during the graveyard shift, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results that support critical healthcare decisions.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • : + Adhere to laboratory protocols for the collection, processing, analysis, and documentation of patient samples and test results.
+ Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests within various laboratory specialties following standard operating procedures. + Accurately input and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory guidelines. + Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers, ensuring optimal performance and addressing malfunctions as needed. + Conduct quality control checks and participate in performance evaluations of laboratory equipment. + Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely results, while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards.

  • : + A California
  • Generalist
  • license is required.
+ Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution. + Valid California State License to perform clinical laboratory testing (required). + Licensed by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for clinical laboratory work. + Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of laboratory safety and accuracy.
