Qualifications & Experience:

Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license required Experience as a Generalist, with demonstrated proficiency in blood bank procedures Prior work in a clinical laboratory setting preferred Ability to collaborate on cross-functional tasks within the lab Strong communication and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct and analyze laboratory tests in multiple disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, immunology, and microbiology Perform comprehensive blood bank duties, ensuring safe and accurate testing and compatibility processes Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality control procedures according to regulatory standards Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to deliver timely and precise results Participate in continuing education to remain updated on best practices and evolving technologies
