Clinical Lab Scientist - Per Diem University of California San Francisco - 4.1 San Francisco, CA Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Clinical Laboratory Scientist License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description The Clinical Laboratory at Zuckerberg San Francisco General, Blood Bank/Transfusion Service performs pre-transfusion compatibility testing in preparation for selecting, cross matching and issuing blood and blood components for patients. This position performs all routine and special blood banking tests and procedures. Performs all duties in a manner that denotes the team concept and reflects the UCSF and ZSFG mission, vision and values.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from college with a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate scientific field Possession of a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License issued by the State Department of Health Able to work independently, under pressure; recognize and resolve problems while maintaining a high level of organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a high-volume computerized laboratory Effective verbal and written communication skills relative to clinical results Required Licenses and/or
Certifications:
