Medical Lab Technologist Job Summary:

As a Medical Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist healthcare providers in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients. You will work with a variety of medical equipment and technology to analyze specimens and produce accurate results.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Collect, prepare, and analyze samples such as blood, urine, and tissue for diagnostic purposes 2. Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests using automated equipment and manual techniques 3. Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and patient information 4. Follow strict protocols and procedures to ensure the quality and accuracy of test results 5. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff to provide timely and reliable test results 6. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning 7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent contamination and ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications and Skills:
