Role Overview As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I , you will support accurate and timely diagnostic services by performing laboratory testing while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures Preparing reagents and reporting results according to established policies and procedures Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high complexity laboratory testing Maintaining laboratory equipment and supply inventory Monitoring computer applications related to laboratory operations Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all testing activities Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education Required:

Associate's degree in Medical Technology OR a related field

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience Clinical laboratory experience required Minimum of four (4) months of related experience Licensure /

Certification Required:
