    • Job Summary
    • Performs diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepares reagents, and reports results in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    Reviews and oversees moderate to high complexity testing, maintains equipment and supplies, and monitors computer applications related to laboratory operations. Ensures accuracy and compliance in all testing activities and performs other duties as assigned.
    • Role Overview
    • As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you will perform a variety of laboratory testing procedures while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Key responsibilities include:
    • + Performing diagnostic testing and ensuring accurate, timely results + Conducting quality control procedures and maintaining documentation + Preparing and managing reagents and laboratory supplies + Reviewing moderate to high complexity testing processes + Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper functionality + Monitoring laboratory systems and computer applications + Ensuring compliance with all laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards + Supporting overall laboratory operations and patient care •Qualifications•Education•
    Required:
    + Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field
    • Preferred:
    • + Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Experience
    • Required:
      + 4 months of Clinical laboratory experience
    • Licensure / Certification
    • Required:
      + State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
