Schedule Full-Time Night Shift:
6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating Weekends Compensation $27.09/hr - $37.92/hr (based on experience)
Additional Pay On-Call Pay:
$2/hr
Night Differential:
$2.50/hr Additional Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Night Shift)

Case by case basis Position Overview The Medical Technologist performs routine and stat clinical laboratory testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results. This role operates under laboratory leadership and supports regulatory compliance, quality standards, and efficient laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and stat laboratory testing accurately and efficiently Conduct testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology Review pending logs and resolve outstanding workload issues Perform quality control procedures and corrective actions as needed Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with inventory and reagent management Ensure compliance with CAP and regulatory standards Support specimen collection, processing, and referral testing Required Qualifications Associate Degree required Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology preferred Florida Medical Technologist License required or ability to obtain during interview process Minimum 3 years of Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist experience required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
