Job Summary Practice in a modern, fast-paced environment where your professional expertise is vital to delivering the accurate results that drive patient safety and successful outcomes. The Medical Technologist II performs routine and specialized moderate- to high-complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluids with minimal supervision. This role ensures accurate and timely test results by adhering to quality control procedures, performing instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment or assay issues. The Medical Technologist II also supports laboratory accreditation efforts, mentors new staff and students, and contributes to departmental quality initiatives and regulatory readiness.
