    • Role Overview
    • As a
    • Clinical Laboratory Scientist
    • , you will support accurate and timely diagnostic services while ensuring compliance with laboratory standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Key responsibilities include:
    • + Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures + Preparing reagents and reporting results according to established policies and procedures + Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high complexity laboratory testing + Maintaining laboratory equipment and supply inventory + Monitoring computer applications related to laboratory operations + Ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in all testing activities + Performing other duties as assigned •Qualifications•Education•
    Required:
    • + Associate's degree in Medical Technology
    • OR•a related field •
    Preferred:
    • + Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Experience
    • Required:
    • + Clinical laboratory experience + Minimum of four (4) months of related experience
    • Licensure / Certification
    • Required:
    • + State of Florida
    • Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
