Job Description
Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) Established healthcare organization seeking a Medical Technologist to join a high-volume acute care laboratory team. Position Highlights Full-time permanent position Evening and night shift opportunities available Comprehensive benefits package Growth and advancement opportunities within a large healthcare system Fast-paced hospital laboratory environment Responsibilities Perform routine and STAT clinical laboratory testing Analyze and report accurate laboratory results Work across multiple laboratory departments including Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology Follow quality, regulatory, and safety standards Support specimen processing and other laboratory operations as needed Qualifications Florida Medical Technologist License required ASCP certification preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Hospital laboratory experience preferred Blood Bank experience highly valued Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for confidential consideration.
