Qualifications:

Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Familiarity with laboratory regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology lab procedures Ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:
