Position Overview:

As a key member of the laboratory, you'll perform a wide range of diagnostic testing across multiple departments, ensuring timely and accurate results that support quality patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Conduct testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and blood bank. Analyze, verify, and report results with precision and attention to detail. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments. Uphold all quality control, regulatory, and safety standards.

Schedule:

Full-time (36-40 hours per week) Typically 4 days on / 3 days off , with occasional 3×12-hour shifts followed by 4 days off Alternating shifts for balanced workload and team coverage

Qualifications:

ASCP or equivalent certification required. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field. Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience required. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
