Job Description

Category Laboratory - Medical Technologist Job Type Contract Apply your expertise in laboratory science in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position calls for skilled professionals in the fields of Medical Technologist and Medical Lab Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic testing and support care teams in their mission.

Required Qualifications:
Valid national certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory environment preferred Strong proficiency with automated analyzers and laboratory information systems Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols accurately Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and microbiology Analyze, interpret, and validate patient results to support clinical decision-making Ensure specimen integrity through proper collection, labeling, and handling Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with regulatory standards Maintain accurate records and documentation for all laboratory procedures Participate in quality assurance and quality control initiatives Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times Seize the opportunity to advance your laboratory career through a challenging role that makes a real difference in patient outcomes.
