Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) - Lexington, KY If you're looking for a lab role where you can focus on doing quality work without feeling like just another number, this opportunity may be worth a closer look. A hospital laboratory in the Lexington area is adding to its team and is looking for an MLS or MT who enjoys a variety of testing, values teamwork, and wants a stable long-term position. What You'll Be Doing Performing testing across multiple areas of the laboratory Reviewing and verifying results for accuracy Troubleshooting instruments and resolving routine issues Maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance Working closely with fellow laboratory professionals to support patient care What They're Looking For MLS/MT certification (ASCP or equivalent) Clinical laboratory experience preferred Generalist experience is highly valued Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while managing priorities throughout the shift Why Candidates Are Interested $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible hires Full-time and part-time opportunities available Day and night shift openings Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Established laboratory with a supportive team environment Opportunity to build a long-term career with room for growth ATK31
