Key Qualifications:

Valid certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent preferred). Laboratory - Medical Technologist experience required. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or similar field. Experience in a clinical lab environment with proficiency in routine and special testing. Strong analytical and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing on blood, urine, and other body fluids. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with established protocols. Ensure high-quality control standards and adherence to safety guidelines. Document results, troubleshoot anomalies, and report findings to physicians. Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
