What You'll Do:

Perform complex laboratory testing in core lab and blood bank settings Follow established protocols to ensure accurate and timely results Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Collaborate with hospital staff to support clinical decision-making Document testing procedures and validate results Maintain equipment and quality control processes Support hospital efforts during trauma and emergency situations when needed

What You Need:

Valid ASCP and Louisiana state license Minimum 2 years hospital clinical laboratory experience Strong knowledge of lab workflows and procedures Ability to work night shifts and alternating schedules Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills About the
