Location:
Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, MD-Blood Bank Day Shift / 7:00am-3:30pm-
Full Time General Summary:
Accurately performs routine and special clinical laboratory tests in one or more disciplines including quality control and equipment maintenance to ensure accurate results. Performs R D activities and maintains quality control records. Assists in researching and resolving technical and operational problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Medical Technology or related discipline for Medical Technologist Documentation of minimum Laboratory CE points required per evaluation year
Experience:
Three (3) years full time experience in the discipline; preferably the most recent two (2) years of experience at
Suburban Hospital Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:
MT (ASCP), or equivalent, relevant to the discipline

Salary Range:
Minimum 27.89/hour - Maximum 46.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
