Taking on this Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician opportunity gives you the chance to immerse yourself in a picturesque location while advancing your clinical expertise. Schedule:
3x12-hour night shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests as a Generalist MT/MLT according to established protocols Analyze blood, urine, and other specimens to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment with precision Ensure quality control and accuracy of test results Communicate findings clearly to the medical team Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards Document procedures and results efficiently
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician Experience as a Generalist preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome ASCP or equivalent national certification desirable Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Adaptable team player with excellent communication skills Reliability in night shift and weekend rotations
